BSB is designed for twin cylinder piston air-actuated drive and used for
quantitative filling high viscosity liquid such as seed oil, lubrication oil and chemical
liquid etc. Adjustable scope of the filling capacity is 500~5000ml. The filling speed is
adjustable as well. The production capacity reach at 300~700 bottles/ hour. Filling
error is less 0.5% in the match of machine and air-actuated device. There is no
leakage in production by specific design filling spout. The machine can work
periodically and continuously and perform total process of packing oil product if it is
equipped with LY-1 screwing capping machine and JTG-B1 electromagnetic
induction sealing machine.
